CHECK IN POLICY

Check in starts at 16.00. Our manager will be waiting you at the meeting point indicated in the property instruction attached to this email. Please call our manager at +34 603 90 60 36/+34 611 26 53 15 at least ONE HOUR before your estimated arrival to avoid waiting.

We assume that you are running late if we didn't get your confirmation call /WHATSAPP/TEXT from the Airport at +34 603 90 60 36/+34 611 26 53 15.

Please bear in mind that sometimes due to numerous arrivals on the same day our agents only have a half hour check in slot for every property. If you are running late for whatever reason, please call our manager to rearrange you meeting time.

When you arrive, please inspect the property for cleanliness. If ANYTHING is not acceptable, do not hesitate to call our manager.
