Summary: On my first day of arrival, it took 40 min to register and get a key. I arrived starving and I wanted to eat at the restaurant, but security wouldn’t let me pass. This is a hotel with staff with zero understanding of travelers needs. And security doesn’t speak a word of English! After finally, finally had a bite to eat, I attempted to use the elevator to go up, but there was a projectile vomit on the wall and on the floor if the elevator. That was an interesting greeting! It took another 10 min for the other elevator to arrive. The rooms are bare minimum, and the night stand is just a cheap mini-table, no drawers, in the shower there were no hangers on the walls. Strange.
