The house located at the foot of a mountain pine forest, is accessible via a forest trail in aceptable condition to drive through for approximately 1 mile from the road to Port Andratx S'Arracó.
The house is on two floors with large outdoor spaces, has terraces porch by the pool and spacious barbecue patio, garden area with swings, table tennis, volleyball court, and mountain bikes for biking along the forest ways in and around the whole property. The pool has dimensions of 7 x 3.5 m and a depth of between 1 and 2 metres.
Inside comprises with the living room with chimney, Dining room beside to the spacious modern kitchen also has a guest toilette with shower.
On the upper floor there are four double rooms distributed with following bed sizes; a double bed of 1.50x1.90 and six-bed of 90x1.90 individual.
There are also two bathrooms with large shower and one en-suite in the master bedroom.
'Sa Teia' a country house located less than 5 kilometres from the well known 'Puerto Andratx' and about 7km from Cala Blanca a beautiful and small beach nearby.
