Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Lots of parking nearby. It was clean and located on a shopping mall strip. Easy access to everything. Staff were attentive and helped us change our room to a non-smoking room. Free welcome drinks, snacks and coffee. Lots of free toiletries. The room was large with a TV, fridge, kettle and foot massager. Big bathroom with a jet spa bath. Late check out of 11am.

Negative: I didn’t realise it was also a pay by the hour love hotel. It was not advertised as an adults only facility. So it was a bit embarrassing showing up not knowing this. There was nothing wrong with the facility itself. I feel this should have been clearer in the booking information. I did send a message asking if the room was non-smoking… but I did not get a reply. Our assigned room was in fact a smoking room. When we asked to switch rooms, it was done for us… but we had to wait an hour to check in. No windows in the room… so you need to open the balcony door if you want sunlight or fresh air.

Summary: No problem with the facility or room… but we were not aware that it was an adult only /love hotel.
