Summary: Clean room that includes everything you need. Very friendly and helpful staff. Located in a nice lively neighborhood and less than 5 minutes walking distance to the subway station. Would highly recommend. The only downside is that you do hear a lot of what is happening on the street, but I guess you have that almost everywhere in Tokyo. Great value for money.
