Summary: The receptionist is good & courteous, yet the room and amenities are old & poorly upkept, they also need to put a mobile heater in the room to keep it warm. There is a big lounge area with various drink & snack which is convenient but breakfast has to be booked 2 days in advance which is not mentioned in the booking page.
