Summary: Wonderful and memorable stay!
We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! Our room was very clean, comfortable, and impressively spacious. The beds were big enough for our family of four, which made our stay even more comfortable. It had a TV, as well as a dining and kitchen area with a refrigerator, and although we didn’t use the stove and washing machine, it was great having them available. The bathroom was another highlight, featuring a bathtub and a separate shower area—perfect for relaxing after a long day out.
The location was excellent and very convenient, very close to Ueno train stations, which made getting around incredibly easy. The staff were fantastic—very friendly, helpful, and able to speak English, which made everything so much easier. It was truly a memorable stay on our first trip to Japan, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Highly recommend, and we’ll surely be back soon!

Summary: Amazing stay this hotel is brand new and everything is exceptional. The location was so close to everything food stores the train station Akihabara. Ueno Park. Very kind and attentive. They allow luggage storage the room was very beautifully decorated with large comfortable beds a full kitchen area and advanced high-tech bathroom and separate shower and tub 10 out of 10. I can't recommend this hotel enough
