Summary: The checkin process and the staff at the front desk were very nice and accommodating. There was a lot of water damage along the windows in the lobby with the floor boards left to rot. The room was very old and could use some serious upgrades. The bathroom was very, very dated as well. The buffet was mediocre at best and the food was the same every night without a single change. The onsen facility was very nice, especially the outdoor portion. It was magical in the snow.
