Positive: We loved the overall charm of the house, the rustic cabin-like feel. The California / American vibe was a little silly, but we took it in without too much concern. The house was spacious and easy to move around, the bathroom was very nice, but the hot water didn't run too hot both in the kitchen and in the shower. The TV was old and didn't provide much in terms of entertainment. Large backyard to do yoga and other fun family activities. Very clean and well organized with extra necessities for us

Negative: The hot water could have been hotter, the BBQ grill could have been bigger to accommodate a larger family, and the beds could have been comfier. Particularly the main bedroom.
