The private, designer swimming pool is chlorinated and has a size of 10m x 4.5m and a constant depth of 1.7m. You can relax on the sun loungers on the large terrace and the two verandas, as well as have a drink with your companions or relax and watch the sunset. Please note that there are neighbors nearby, so privacy is partial.
Distributed over three floors and with a private lift, the modern interior of the property is designed to offer you the relaxation you deserve. A living room with refined finishes on the main floor features a comfortable sofa and Smart TV. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dining area and induction hob.
