Positive: Modern, well-equipped and furnished apartment. Some design and layout quirks but very minor all things considered. It’s very much as indicated in the photos.

Negative: The layout of the beds would accommodate two couples who would need to be very comfortable living with each other, or a family setup like we were so it fit us well.
