A handwritten welcome note and a basket of fresh fruits greeted us in the immaculate room. Thoughtful touches like a variety of phone chargers, basic toiletries (even makeup remover pads!), and extra blankets made all the difference. When we had a question late at night, she responded within minutes. It felt like staying at a thoughtful friend's home rather than just a rental.
